Wheatland Health Community Care invites you to join our team as a Registered Field Nurse, serving Osceola and Brevard counties in Florida. You may choose one territory and schedule visits between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with no 12-hour shifts.

Enjoy per-visit pay and a field-based, flexible schedule in a salaried W-2 setting for either full-time or part-time roles. Compensation includes a salary range of $1,500–$2,000 per week, plus a per-visit rate ($65–$70) for visits exceeding 30 per week, and

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Home health or field-based experience preferred.
• Spanish language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Map your territory and perform SOCs, recertifications, routine skilled visits, and discharges.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and update the plan of care.
• Provide teaching to patients and families and ensure timely EMR documentation.

Connaissances

Active Florida RN license

Reliable transportation

3+ years nursing experience

Spanish (nice to have)
