Job summary

Redfin seeks an Associate Agent to grow real estate skills and earn by helping clients in the field. You’ll show homes, host open houses, and work on your own schedule with flexible hours and plenty of weekend opportunities.

This role is remote in the field—no office visits required—with no closing pressure, contracts, or closings, plus free optional educational services to advance your skills. As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections
• Set your own hours and control your workload
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends
