Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills or gain flexibility. You’ll show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and set your own hours as an independent contractor.

No contracts or closings required, and you’ll work remotely in the field with weekend opportunities. You'll affiliate your license with Redfin, join MLS and Realtor Association, and bring you own smartphone, laptop, GPS, and reliable transportation to travel within your market.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities
