Redfin is seeking Associate Agents to grow their skills and earn by helping customers in real estate on their schedule. This is an independent contractor role with no mandatory closings, allowing field-based work with flexible hours.

Enjoy the opportunity to host showings, attend inspections, and leverage Redfin resources. You’ll receive customers, particularly on weekends, and have access to optional educational services to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a real estate license in the state where you work and affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Must own smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.
• Must join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

Responsabilités

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
• Work remotely out in the field - no office visits required.
• Free, optional educational services to grow your skills.
