Qualifications

• Must hold Real estate license in the state of operation.
• Willingness to affiliate license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS required or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join local MLS and Realtor Association.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and manage workload independently.
• Generate customer leads and engage weekends.
