Job summary

Redfin is seeking Associate Agents across the United States to show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections with the freedom to set their own hours. This is a remote, field-based role with no office visits required and no sales pressure or closings.

As an independent contractor, you will receive a flat-rate payment per field event and have access to free, optional educational resources to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license for the state of work; willingness to affiliate license exclusively with Redfin.
• Own a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
