Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow real estate skills and earn money by working with customers on your schedule. This role lets you show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and work remotely in the field with no required closings.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event and have access to free, optional educational services to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
• Work remotely out in the field – no office visits required.
