Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in the Cleveland area. The role includes implementing BCBA-developed plans and collecting accurate data to track progress.

You will work with families and the clinical team to support client outcomes, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
