Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) on a part-time basis with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The role involves 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings and implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, and path to BCBA advancement. Travel to local in-home sessions is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
