Job summary

PBS Corp. in Michigan is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We provide ongoing mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands-on training. Flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
