Heartland ABA in Sergeant Bluff, IA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, focusing on independence and positive behavior, under supervision.

Part-time positions with flexible scheduling, paid training, same-day pay options, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before starting work.
• Ability to learn fast and work with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Support families and collaborate with the clinical team.
