Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our care team on a part-time basis, delivering one-on-one ABA interventions in clients’ homes and community settings. You will collaborate closely with a clinical team to support individualized goals and progress.

If you are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, you will receive paid training, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
