Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning, and collecting data on client progress.

Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
