Job summary

Aim Higher ABA in Georgia seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, daycare, and community settings.

You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized skill acquisition programs, collect data, and submit session notes accurately and on time, while maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active.
• Experience delivering in-home or in-school ABA therapy preferred.
• Ability to collect accurate data and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and schools.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and document session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to support treatment plans.
