Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement and data collection to track progress and support independence. We offer flexible scheduling with growth opportunities into full-time roles as caseloads expand, and travel locally to in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
