Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
