Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth, including potential advancement with training and mentorship. Travel to in-home sessions is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Education
