PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. Part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship and hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare or related fields.
• High school diploma required; relevant Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
