Acclimate ABA is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Missouri. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under a BCBA-created plan, collect data, and write progress notes to measure client growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
