Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services in Lawton, OK is hiring Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT) to provide ABA services in our Outpatient Pediatric center. Candidates will implement behavior plans, with training provided to ensure readiness for the role.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma, a genuine interest in working with children, and effective communication skills. This position offers opportunities for professional development and a supportive environment for staff.

The team is dedicated to assisting children with various developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Interest in assisting students with special needs in a learning environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
• Active RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA program book.
• Run and implement BCBA programs.
• Guide and educate parents.
• Collaborate with Sunshine Center team.
• Complete all paperwork by deadline.

Skills

Interest in children and education

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer literacy of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS

Ability to function independently and multitask
