Job summary

Pillar Care Continuum in New Jersey seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support behavioral services across residential programs and two adult day programs.

The RBT delivers direct ABA interventions to adults 21+ with IDD, implements BSPs under BCBA supervision, and reports administratively to the Director of Behavioral Services.

Flexibility in schedule and travel between locations is required, with a strong commitment to person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and current RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with adults with IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programming.
• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA interventions.
• Help clients develop adaptive communication and independent living skills.
• Assist with behavior reduction strategies using positive supports.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support BCBA supervision and staff training across sites.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
