Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver therapy under supervision, collect data, and help children develop skills while receiving strong onboarding and ongoing feedback. This role is part-time with flexible after-school hours in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
