Heartland ABA in St. Louis is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

No experience? Paid training is provided. The position starts part-time with a 6‑month commitment to changing clients’ lives, and you’ll join a dedicated team focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
