Job summary

Aluma Care KS in Frontenac, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA, with a focus on data collection and client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
