Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or with children is advantageous.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
