Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Dearborn, MI is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in clinic, home, and hybrid settings.

We offer comprehensive training, RBT certification support, mentorship, flexible full-time or part-time hours (minimum 15 hours/week), and competitive pay ($18–$25/hour) with benefits such as health, dental and vision, holidays, PTO, mileage reimbursement, CEU reimbursement, and clear pathways for BCBA mentorship.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; training provided and RBT certification supported.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework (2026 requirements).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
