Qualifications

- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
- Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
- Track data and progress in real-time.
- Support in both structured settings and natural environments.
- Partner with parents to reinforce skills at home.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
