BrightSpring Health Services Corporation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services under supervision in Florida. Implement treatment plans, collaborate with the Physical Therapist, and help ensure quality patient care.

Openings in Miami and Hollywood with flexible schedules, CPR/BLS required, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• BLS/CPR certification as per state regulations
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Provides PTA services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist
• Confers with Physical Therapist regarding plan and progress
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas
• Reports equipment problems to ensure proper maintenance
• Communicates patient needs to the PT and assists in securing adaptive equipment
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation
• Adheres to Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
• Attends staff development programs and continuing education
