Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc. is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Lowell, Massachusetts. The PTA will administer physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping restore function and relieve pain while improving overall wellness.

 

Responsibilities include assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and maintaining a safe treatment environment. Ideal candidates have completed an accredited PTA program and possess current Massachusetts licensure.

 

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Current Massachusetts PTA licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience or interest in manual therapy and craniosacral techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
