Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-guided physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
