Renewal Rehab in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care. This role offers compensation between $55,000 and $90,000 per year and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, help identify appropriate patients for therapy, coordinate evaluations, maintain documentation, and ensure all orders are current while collaborating with the team to achieve quality

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.
