Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our FT team in Michigan. You will provide PT services under licensed PT supervision in SNF/Long-Term Care settings, focusing on quality care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
