Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our SNF/Long-Term Care teams in Michigan. You will provide PT services under supervision, supporting patient progress and collaborating with licensed therapists to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an APTA-accredited PTA degree, a current Michigan PTA license, and strong communication and organizational skills. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
