You will provide PT services under supervision, assist with patient selection, and collaborate with the team to deliver quality care in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
