Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in CT
• Demonstrate strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation
• Be flexible with hours

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple facilities in the Hartford region as needed
• Contribute to high-quality patient care and residents’ independence
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation across sites
