Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant training program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification in state of practice.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Physical Therapist in the implementation of treatment intervention.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Fine motor skills

Familiarity with assisted living settings

Education
