Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. A generous $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new clinicians who join our team.

We provide a supportive culture, flexible schedules, and ongoing clinical education within the Enhance Therapies family. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
