Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. A $8,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our growing and passionate team.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; mentorship available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
