Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven in Boulder and Longmont, CO is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in a clinic-focused setting. Join a family-owned practice that values clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling, with a full-time path or part-time option and no weekends.

Expect a 30-minute evaluation, typical caseload of ~15 patients, and salaried compensation. Flexibility to develop individualized treatment approaches, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work independently and manage an outpatient caseload.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Collaborative, positive, and self-directed approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based treatment based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other therapists, referring providers, and clinic team members.
• Manage an established outpatient caseload independently.
• Support a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
