Job summary

Western Slope Rehab and Performance in Grand Junction, CO is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient sports and orthopedic care. You will treat high school and collegiate athletes, post-surgical ortho patients, and active adults, with a mid-December 2026 start date.

The role features 45-minute one-on-one sessions, a typical caseload around 45–50 patients per week, and hands-on coaching of barbell, sprint mechanics, and plyometrics, supported by modern EMR tools and ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified and able to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• A background focused in sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics.
• Comfortable coaching athletic movements, including barbell and plyometric work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Manage a full caseload with ~45–50 patients per week.
• Coach barbell, Olympic lifting, plyometrics and sprint mechanics.
• Utilize EMR and home exercise programs for patient care.
