Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical function, abilities, and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.
