Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for Seneca Trail Healthcare Center in Lewisburg, WV. The PT will evaluate and treat residents, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the in-house rehab team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid or pending WV PT license. Opportunities span multiple centers with a focus on team-based care and education.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate).
• State PT license or eligibility to obtain one in WV.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen residents’ medical charts and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plans through direct care and supervise PTAs.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings and relay clinical findings to rehab team.
• Educate staff and families about plan of care and progress.
