Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team on a part-time basis. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
