Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Chicago, IL for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT services under a licensed PT, help select patients for therapy, and work with a collaborative team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold state PTA license in the practice state.
• AFPTA-accredited PTA program degree completed.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT according to state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and on file.
