Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for the Fountain Bleu facility in Livonia, MI. This full-time role supports the rehabilitation team with skilled therapy services for geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.

Provides treatment under supervision, documents care, coordinates with other disciplines, and participates in discharge planning. Michigan licensure is required and prior PTA program completion is essential for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Contribute to development and progression of patient treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and adhere to policies and current clinical standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family instruction.
