Qualifications
- Experience in durability engineering or related software.
- Strong fatigue methods and CAE-driven design knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
- PM/engineering leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and roadmap for the durability software.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate requirements.
- Define and communicate product strategy across teams.
- Support PI Planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Monitor adoption and customer satisfaction; drive improvements.
