Job summary

Pete & Gerry’s Organics in Kentucky is hiring a Flex Operator to support daily processing operations. The role is flexible and could include final in-process inspection, staging of eggs, machine and date code setup, carton inventory management, or staging cartons for the day’s run.

You’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older
• Abie to perform fast paced, repetitive motions
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds
• Walk/stand 8+ hours per day

Responsibilities

• Pack egg cartons into cases
• Load and stack materials onto pallets or equipment
• Off load materials from equipment
• Operate processing machinery
• Stack egg cartons
• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks
• Maintain daily and end of shift housekeeping
• Comply with health & safety, GMPs, and food safety requirements
