Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers to join its network as 1099 contractors in Imlay City, MI and surrounding areas. You set your own schedule, accept jobs via our mobile app, and deliver legal documents on your own terms.

You must be licensed or certified where required, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using a smartphone for tracking work. Prior process serving or related field experience is preferred; no company training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/registered/certified process server if required by state/county.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and using a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents; FedEx printing available.
• Prior process serving or related field experience required.
• NAPPS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in your area.
• Set your own schedule and workload.
• Track earnings using the Proof app and provide updates to clients.
