Job summary

ABC Legal Services seeks Process Servers to deliver legal documents with a flexible schedule and the chance to work as much or as little as you want. You’ll use our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.

We value honesty, accuracy, and independence as you work across the United States. Training is provided, and you can choose full-time or part-time arrangements, with a focus on reliable transportation and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy - iPhone/iPad or Android device and ability to work within a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours — Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• State laws vary, and some require a minimum age to serve.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to individuals and businesses.
• Plan routes and map stops for efficient service.
• Work independently with flexible 48-hour attempts and varied times.
