Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Franklin, TN is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join a beautiful assisted living setting. The role offers flexible days, competitive hourly pay, and a chance to help residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care and gain experience in geriatrics within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
• Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies and educate patients and families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary team.
